Introduction ;)
I have a question for you, why noone play Taric?
He is a superb suppoert with Heal, Stun and great sustain.
He is wonderful tool in teamfights that can give the team great protection with a full supporting build.
I main the most supports like Alistar (my favourite), Braum , Leona, Soraka, Lulu , Janna etc cause noone wants to be a support.
So i decided to play a support that i had never play.
I only bought him at 30 lvl in order to have 16 champions.
I started to play him 3 days before and the results were absolutely GREAT!!!

Advice !
Follow him everywhere and even if he is not so skilled player at least he will not feed.
Teamwork, potisioning and patience is the key for Taric and the key for the win!!!
