I know it caps at 40% but the item with 25% is worth it for much more than just the cooldown reduction it just happens to have 25% cooldown reduction.
The ult just isn't necessary. It creates a false sense of invincibility, its just not that useful till later when you do enough damage to keep it up for as long as you want.
This is not a support build so don't mention support.
Any particular reason for 50% CDR? It caps at 40, so you're wasting a LOT of gold on CDR that you don't get.
