Just harass, harass, harass,then run. Don't engage in long fight against your laner early game, just harass and run. Try to save your flash and ghost for when you get ganked, otherwise your w should be enough.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T LEAVE TOP, your friends might yell at you but trust me, if you want to win, don't leave top, you'll be pushing hard so enemy team will keep their attention on you, and that's what you want them to do because they'll never get you, and meanwhile your friends can push other lanes.
Just keep leaving a mushroom trail behind you in case you need to escape and stay top.

Try to also get whoever you're playing with to stay away from top, let them know you don't need help and they should just focus on other lanes.

Pros:
-You will be able to move fast
-You will have absolute advantage of your laner, especially early game
-You WILL help your team win, even if you don't help in team fights
-You will be UNGANKABLE
-No threat, no heart attack, ez pz life

Cons:
-You don't do much damage late game unless you get kills from your laner or ganks.
-You will get a lot of gank attempt and camps
-You will cause your laner crippling depression
-How can you live with your self
-You will be a teemo
-You'll need good map awareness, know when someone is coming to gank you and run instantly
-You won't be in team fights, but you'll take advantage of them as a way for you to push
-You will be a teemo
