*Unfinished* This is my first build. I've been playing for roughly 2 or 3 years, but I have taken many breaks that last as long as 5 months. I'm not going to say I'm a good player or anything. I'm honestly quite bad for the most part. But I do love to Teemo Jungle and I do have my days where I will carry hard with it. For this to work, you are going to need a decent early game and build devourers as soon as you can. This is a straight attack speed on hit build. By the end, you should be doing roughly 500 magic damage per hit with an attack speed of 2.33 or so.

-Pros

1. Burst down squishy champs with 4-6 hits
2. Can actually team fight with Runaans
3. Shrooms. Need I say more?
4. Global Taunt ;D

-Cons

1. Squsihy
2. Can be countered with MR and Health
3. Slow Start

The Quintessences are required, but the other runes are changeable depending on what you want. They are simply just what I take.

Obviously take smite for the jungle since you are the jungler. I take exhaust simply because Teemo has a semi-difficult early game and it helps him get kills.
