Welcome to Pejna's Teemo on hit kill guide. This guide will show you how to build Teemo basing on on-hit items such as Malady, Wit's End and Madred's Bloodrazor combining with Teemo's Toxic Shot. These 4 things will grant you the power to quickly kill any champion and get away.

Summoner Spells
Heal

Helps alot in early game since you have 200 aditional hp without spending money. Also helps avoid and survive ganks and stay on a lane longer.
Ignite

Great for killing enemy champs since you are not that fast with Move Quick being your last ability.
Skills

Blinding Dart - Deals 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+80% of ability power) magic damage and causes the target to miss all of their attacks for 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 seconds.

Great at early game when you don't have all the on-hit effects. Get it first and than just use it when enemy has about 150-200 hp, att and use Ignite=insta kill


Move Quick - (Passive): Grants increased movement speed until struck by a champion or turret. The passive is restored 5 seconds (static cooldown) after last being struck by a champion or turret.
(Active): For 3 seconds,Teemo gains double his passive movement speed and will not lose it even if he is hit.

Not so good spell, I chose it to be built last because you need DPS not movement speed, for finishing you have Toxic Shot and Ignite.


Toxic Shot - Teemo's basic attacks poison their target, dealing 8 / 14 / 21 / 28 / 35 (+14% of ability power) magical damage upon impact and again each second for 4 seconds.

This is your main DAMAGE. You will get kills, dies and assists with this spell and items. Max it first.


Noxious Trap - Places a trap which detonates if an enemy steps on it, poisoning nearby enemies. Poisoned enemies take 350 / 500 / 650 (+80% of ability power) magic damage and have their movement speed slowed by 30 / 40 / 50% for 4 seconds. Traps last 10 minutes.

Put shrooms everywhere, don't wast on minions, ???, infinite money.

Camouflage
Camouflage - If Teemo stands still and takes no actions for 3 seconds, he becomes stealthed indefinitely. After leaving stealth, Teemo gains the Element of Surprise, increasing his attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds.

If you are in the middle of everything just stand and push letter S till you stealth. Good for early kills.

I get Magic Pen marks because all your ites deal magic damage. HP/lvl seals because you are squishy and need hp. AS glyphs since you are using marks for Magic PEN you need AS and glyphs don't give you andytihng usefull. And magic pen quints for the same reason as marks.

CORE ITEMS:
These are your core items. All other item you can buy according to the situation. I would recommend items in the cheat chart but you can buy Banshee's Veil if they are too caster like or Thornmail if they are focusing you.
