most opponents will expect you to go AP and will build accordingly
so a tanky champ will often begin by building Magic Resist
with the AD damage you'll most likely overwhelm them, atleast that has been my experience
and with you starting with your Q (the blinding dart) you can either poke him with it to miss some minions or in a possible early all-in you'll have the upperhand

hey, your teemo...1 of the most hated champs out there. Wich means 9 out 10 lanes, you will be babysitted by the enemy jungler and/or mid laner
so try and keep the wave as close to your side of the lane as much as you can, until the moment it's time to recall, quickly push the wave out so you can quickly recall to base and catch the next wave before it hits your tower

because you're building your teemo AD, your shrooms won't be as usefull as you want them to be.
but here's a good tip...you have yourself a new ward that damages every 25 seconds
start putting them all over the river and in all the bushes, don't waste them on killing waves quickly
