Okay, so I did so much research my eyes started hurting from weeks of web browsing and testing others ideas of how Teemo should be played and basically I found them all to be right partially in their own ways ... but they were all lacking . So I combined all their ideas into my new Teemo Hybrid build. Now I know people think hybrid is stupid but think about who you face...especially if your mid... you face both AD and AP champions with different forms of defense. So , you don't have a choice you need hybrid, and with a little attack speed you make up the difference in sacrificing some bonus damage to spread your masteries and runes around to match against random champ builds you meet .Face it faster is more damage than higher damage ... which would you want a pistol with a 10 clip magazine or a machine gun with a 30 clip magazine ? Trust faster you attack more damage you put out ...
