Laning phase
You should poke enemy when he is going to kill minion. When enemy is low health and you have all abilities and spells you should kill enemy fastest as you can. If you have hard match up wait for your jungler to help you.
Mid game
In mid game you should farm a lot for next items, push top lane to inhibitor turret, plant
everywhere and help other teammates in fights.
