I am new to TF, i don't have like 100 games played with him. But recently this build has been working for me lately. It may suite your play style or not but do give it a try. I know the build consists of mostly only offensive items and no defensive items but that is for you to choose which path you are going to take and depending on how your game is going. If you are a decent player you should be able to compromise your build that best fits your game.
