Introduction
So lately I have been playing Rumble nonstop, and eventually I found the build suiting for my kinda gameplay and i found myself facerolling with it. Hope you will too!
I start of with Dorans Shield, cause I find that item to be most efficient early game as Rumble. Since Rumble uses no mana the Dorans Ring mana rgen is useless and Dorans Shields health rgen keeps you in lane longer than the Dorans Ring.
Rylais Scepter is the first item I go for, the slow with Flamespitter are amazing since you can spam Flamespitter with only 1 sec delay between the casts, this will keep your enemy slowed forever, and with the slow from Electro Harpoon as well makes Rumble'sSlowing capabilities ridiculous.
Sorcerer's Shoes. I go for this mainly because with my build we dont go for pure dmg but also get Rumble pretty tanky, and with a small amount of AP in the beginning 20 spellpen helps you get the enemies last bar dissapear.
Abyssal Scepter is chosen for the 20 magic resist removal, the AP and the Magic resist. Great item for our AP-tank build.
Now that Rumble got some decent dmg, spellpen and magic resist its time for some armor and more health. Yes, the Sunfire Cape!
Banshees Veil as an optional item, its optional because it gives mana, which Rumble has no use for, so you can go for a Force of Nature instead. But its Banshees UNIQUE passive which makes Banshees so great and I choose this easily over FoN any day, no questions asked. The magic resist + health isn't a bad thing either. Even though it gives mana I still think its a better choice.
If the game doesn't end quickly pick up a Deathcap for maximum damage.

Early game
Start of with Dorans Shield and Flamespitter and rush down into your first bush, on the way down spam Flamespitter to keep your heat bar in the Danger Zone. This will help you do MASSIVE damage if someone facechecks your bush and with Exhaust and ignite it will most likely end up with First blood.
Rest of early game harass enemy with Electro Harpoon or use Flamespitter(Great range on it) or both!
Mid game
When you got your ulti its easy to get kills if you got minifed early game. Initiate with Ulti or Electro Harpoon and run into them with Flamespitter. Most of the time i initiate with Harpoon and then lay down ulti, with Rylais there is no way they can get away from you(Unless they flash)!
Late game
In late game Rumble loses little of his early-midgame glory, but at this point he is more of a tank then a dpser. Thats what makes this build so wonderful, GREAT early game killer, GREAT late game tank! A Win/Win situation.
Few games to show that this build works! 4.29.2011
