After playing a lot of Xin Zhao I believe this build covers up most of his downsides in my opinion which is low movement speed and feeling super squishy when building full damage, but doing no damage when building other bruiser builds like bloodrazor,bork, full tank.

This build and the summoner spells mainly focus on sticking to the adc you're trying to destroy (Yes I know I have a lot of tank shredding items).

It helps stay on them by having 3 slows, coming from on hit with frozen mallet and the two actives from stalkers and bork.

Ghost is for early game and to get objectives early game.

Anyway, GL HF hope this build helps. It works for me anyway.

Small matchups section:
I honestly don't have any problems against any specific jungler until they're fed, all the slows help chase and if you still can't get them, ghost'em.
Probably the most annoying is zac because of his long jump but if you 3 proc Q him you should have him in the bag.
