Gragas Guide
The AP gragas of a lifetime
I would like to see some more information here. The build is fine, but I'd like to see more than just "this is what I use". Suggested alternatives, skill usage tips, etc. You don't have to, but it would be nice. :)
well quite possibly late, late game is when most champs have the damage to pull it off. also is the only time you can tell if you're going to be stacking it enough.
