Welcome to my personal Caitlyn build, The Crit Sniper. Caitlyn is ranged DPS carry. As with most carries she is extremely squishy, however, she has the range and abilities to keep her alive and you on your killing spree. I will cover some of her basic facts and glitches. Hope you like it.

Here are the runes. With this runes and mastery build Caitlyn will start the match with 22% critical chance. This is a humongous early game advantage, considering her range and early game carry capability. I prefer critical chance to armor penetration on Caitlyn simply because, Caitlyn shouldn't focus tanks. All the necessary armor penetration is taken up from masteries.

Ok, the masteries are pretty much self explanatory. Standard Physical DPS carry with emphasis on XP gain in Utility. Also you may decide you want buff duration over mana regen for a 3s that last point is totally up to you i prefer either mana regen or cooldown reduction from the offense tree.

Her skill build is very simple max your Piltover Peacemaker, followed by your 90 Caliber Net, and Yordle Snap Trap while picking up Ace in the hole whenever available.

This item build is fairly standard for crit DPS champions - attack speed, crit chance, and damage.

Ok, so start caitlyn off with a Doran's Blade and a Health Potion
The Doran's Blade gives Caitlyn some much needed early game HP and damage with a little bit of life steal for lane staying capability.

When you acquire 1895 gold return and grab your Booots of Speed and a Zeal..
This should be modified if you find it difficult to catch enemy champions. I sometimes sub the zeal for a Phage. They both work very well.

The next time you base, pick up your Phage and Bloodthirster.
In normal games, this should be easily achievable simply because most scrubs don't have junglers.

Your next time back, pick up the Phantom Dancer and the Black Cleaver.
Later on if the game lasts long enough get the Infinity Edge and finsh your Frozen Mallet

Playstyle is very simple using a champion with such an immense range. Kite! Kite! and Kite! some more! Use her range to your advantage. Just the use of her Piltover Peacemaker and 90 Caliber Net make it extremely easy to kite. And after you build your Phage/ Frozen Mallet its effectively GG for any none Olaf or cleanse using players. Even still they will have a hard time escaping the clutches of Caitlyn.
