The reason i max my e second instead of my q is that ur q will apply on hit affects so it already deals alot of damage when u have ur w being maxed it adds that damage plus the damage u recieve from lich bane bieng a really bursty attack when u w then q and the q in its damage increase is pretty small compared to ur e which goes to about 240 or something at the least and u want that 8 second cooldown early it gives u mre teamfight presence and u have better juking ability
