This chapter will show you the build that i assure you that you will like it.With this build you will be very tanky and you can help you teamates more and when you enter in a teamfight you can help them too to get some kills.

Abilites

First you will need to max your Q because you will do more damage adn that will help you with the laning phase and farm and do some more damage to your enemies.After that max your E because will reduce his cooldown and you can silent someone and if you are in trouble in that moment you can simply use it to escape.And finally max your W for armor,some Shen's max their W first for being more tanky but trust me is not a good idea because when someone will jump on you you don't have damage to deal and so more cooldown on E to escape so don' max W first.

Masteries

At masteries i take 4/26.You must take that attack speed because it will help you with your passive and take the farms more fast.And the rest of the points i use on tanky or if you want to be AD or AP is your choice but with this masteries i play very good top.

At runes i take Attack Damage Marks,Armor Seals,Scaling Magic Resist Glyphs and Attack Damage and armor penetration Quints.

VS Champions

In this chapter i will show you how to deal with other top cahmpionbs that i have meet on PVP or Rank Games.Just follow what i said and you will be good on your lane.
