Champion Build Guide

The Father of Mid

By moso
Pros
  • Strong laning phase.
  • Great CC.
  • Able to disrupt teamfights.
  • Wins a lot of common matchups.
  • Huge level 6 spike with kill potential.
Cons
  • Vulnerable to champs with high mobility and strong laning phases.
  • Daisy can be bursted instantly when behind or used incorrectly, rendering this build useless.
  • Difficult to farm late game.
  • Loses lane pressure without bushes.
  • Daisy can begin to feel weak late game.
General Gameplay
Q:
Good at setting up ganks or solo kills. Use it to disengage trades or pull yourself onto the enemy when they are in lethal. Can also be used to pull Daisy to the rooted player.
W:
Put bushes down in lane for damage and obstructing line of sight. Ivern's bushes are a long recharge cooldown so make sure that they are placed well. When Ivern has no bushes during laning phase he loses most of his presence. Also don't forget that his W can be used to give vision of areas for a short time.
E:
Ivern's main defensive and offensive ability. His shield can be used to easily win trades by denying the opportunity to take retaliation damage. The shield damage also scales well with AP and can be used for extra damage against champions. The main offensive use for the shield outside of trading during lane is throwing it onto Daisy; the shield has a massive slow on it and you should be shielding Daisy when you throw her into the enemy team. Ivern's shield on Daisy will slow enemies trying to run away from her and also provide massive AOE damage during teamfights.
R:
As mentioned in the title, Daisy is the star of the show for this Ivern build. She will provide almost all of his damage and become a nuisance to anyone she gets onto. As said earlier you will want to be spamming your shield onto Daisy, helping her catch enemies and also providing large damage to anybody near her. She will also be extremely tanky, especially in the mid game, providing endless CC with her knock ups.
