Why did I make this?

Hell if I know, it seemed fun and it totally is, you are fast, everyone else is slow, and if you play well once you get some items you really can't die, despite lacking resistances in the build. This is due to Rakan's insane mobility. If all goes well, only a Malzahar can stop you, but really, if your opponent's malzahar ulting a top lane Rakan, the games already won.

How does it work?

Well its pretty simple, hextech gunblade heals you for every point you deal to your opponents, and your build helps you do that in multiple different ways, through on hit effects, your abilities, and if you want to go off the standard build, thornmail plus hextech gunblade WILL heal you. This, combined with ghost, deadman's plate, your FOUR movement abilities, and your ability to slow with rylai's, and you have a singed level of running circles around the enemy team. In addition, believe it or not, the build has surprising burst damage, and if you are ignored you can blow up the ADC and get out just as fast.

Is it good?

I'm not going to lie to you, no, the build is off meta to say the least, and if I see you build it in my ranked game I will report you. But it is fun, and with some team follow up can lead to some insane moments. Don't forget to link yourself hitting over 1k movespeed in the comments, and go show off your moves.
