Never buy boots because you dont afford your statikk shiv, once you get statikk shiv you will be able to put out a lot of damage while in lane so never buy anything before that execept for your starting item. Tryndamere does a lot of damage early if you have AD runes so try to hit your opponent as much as possible at level 1. Save your Q until your ult is finished incase minions attack you or you are ignited.
