Reasons behind Heartsteel and other items
Why heartsteel?
The reason why you build heartsteel is so that you can go in 1v5 and kidnap 2 people and steel their heart so you don't die and still come back alive and escape.
Heartsteel is also a really good item if you don't have a tank. (if you don't have a tank, why not be a tank?)
Heartsteel makes teamfights much more easly without dying early or mid fight.
The max Health Regen per Second I've had on Heartsteel Akali is 97.4 per second.

Mass AP build early mid makes it so you can easly one-shot if the midlaner does a mistake or if botlane is strugling.
Void staff and Heartsteel are good counters for tanks esp if they're building magic resistance.
Riftmaker and Liandry's Torment is one of the greatest TOP item combos that exists on akali cause of the DPS buff it makes.
Lich Bane is better building earlier than Shadowflame cause the damage has more value on Lich Bane.
