The meta

First of all i want to dedicate this space to WHAT IS OP IN THIS META, and that is Champions that can get ahead early with low cost items or champions that carry with just 2 or 3 items like most of the meta AD carries, AKA Runaan's - IE AD carries like Jinx, Caitlyn, Tristana, Twitch; Tanks like Poppy, Darius or Nasus. Those champions have something in common and it is THE LOW COST BUILDS AND ITEM SETS. And this is what i wanted to focus on this build,MAKE MASTER YI EFFICENT AT A LOW PRICE.

Damage Reduction Maths, Movement speed and Dueling potential.

Let's begin with the item costs, First whe have Skirmisher's Sabre - Bloodrazor (2625 g) Phantom Dancer (2550 g) Berserker's Greaves (1100 g), 6275 Gold and you get around 1.7 / 2.45 Atk speed While in Highlander effects depending on Master Yi leven and Highlander Rank.

You also take 12% Reduced damage for 10 seconds from the last enemy you hit every time you hit that enemy due to Phantom Dancer's passive ¨lament¨, 20% reduced damage during 3 seconds from the enemy you smite due to Skirmisher's passive ¨Challenging Smite¨. Also you get 15% of all the damage as a DoT (Damage over time) due to Death´s dance UNIQUE passive, so, combine all this with MEDITATION 50% to 70% Reduced damage, LISTEN DUDE, THERE IS NOT VEIGAR ULT, THERE IS NOT SYNDRA ULT, THERE IS NOT SORAKA BANANA THAT COULD EVER KILL YOU as long as you Auto- Smite- Meditate properly.

The Movement Speed (MS), you get it from 1. Ghost; 2. Early tier 3 boots; 3. 5% increased MS passively From PD and 7% increased MS when you´re chasing an enemy; 4. 25/35/45 % MS (Depending on skill rank) from Highlander effects MAKES YOU UNSTOPABLE, You can chase Hecarim now and kill him, put him in the dirt, 100% real no faker, MEGA, links in the description. kappa.

As a last and not less important point, The Death's dance Passive, You heal 15% of ALL THE PHYSICAL DAMAGE YOU DEAL, This is when your alpha strike gets even more broken, imagine you dodge that orianna ult with your Q but SHE KNOWS, SHE IS WAITING TO ONESHOT YOU WITH THE Q-W COMBO but what she didn't know is that you healed 15% of the total damage you dealt with that Alpha strike, not only to her but those minions you killed colaterally, now She's notice she's ****ed and you will get that juicy Bou8nty gold.

About the skill order

Not Maxing Q on master yi is not that bad as you may be thinking, We are NOT getting any AD early on but a bunch of attack speed, So what would be better?, An skill that scales with the Bonus AD or True Damage on hit? i think the answer is pretty obvious, and it is also good to mention that the Alpha strike's cooldown is lowered 1 second by every auto you hit, with all this said i just have to add that 2 points in alpha strike are enough to clear the jungle Fast enough.

About clearing the jungle and jungle paths

This is something that -fk my english mang- ehm, the new Jungle setup have affected all the junglers in a way either possitively or negatively, in Master yi case i think it is Negative because of his lack of AoE (area of effect) damage resources, so How do we solve this early on the game to avoid ¨Strong junglers¨ getting an huge advantage on levels and items from us. As an experiences jungler there are 3 things you have always look at to: The matchup, The minimap, and you health/mana bar.

If we are against a super farming jungler like Graves or Shyvana You mostly want to get ahead by either Ganking a lane that you can succesfully gank as a No cc champion, or planning wich could be the the healthier jungle route to not be forced to back without clearing the jungle completely. There are 2 starting jungle paths that i follow as Master Yi:

1. Starting in blue side: We go Blue buff first -> Gromp (SMITE) -> wolves -> Red buff -> Krugs -> r raptors (SMITE) -> Scuttlecrab or gank. This clear is very healthy for 2 reasons, when we get level 3 after killing wolves we have the Blue buff and the Meditation, you use it for the first time and it goes on cooldown, then you go to get the red buff -> go to krugs, use meditation again before start killing krugs, get Krugs, get raptors.

2. Starting red side: Red Buff first -> Then raptors ( AUTO A LITTLE RAPTOR, THEN Q THAT RAPTOR AND KILL THE OTHER LITTLE GUYS BEFORE FOCUSING ON THE BIG GUY ) (HIT THE BIG RAPTOR 2 OR 3 TIMES THEN USE SMITE) -> Blue Buff -> look for an opportunity to gank top or take Gromp -> Wolves -> Raptors -> Look for ganking mid or take Krugs -> look for ganking bot or Go base.
