Hey aziz 502,
After the changes to Anivia regarding her E Frostbite damage -> Now only double damage when stunned by Q Flash Frost OR when hit by Max Size Ultimate R Glacial Storm, which takes a pretty long time of 1.5 seconds to reach it, I had a hard time getting used to changing my playstyle.
Therefore I looked up this build and was amazed to see that you legit meant taking Zz'Rot Portal as a third item was good. Then I read your explanation and I have to say, I will very likely try it in my next Anivia game.

Good guide overall,
Regards,
-CS

Hi critical smite eye,
Yes unfortunately anivia has been nerfed a few months ago, however that doesn't affect her gameplay too much. Thanks for the feedback, I do really think that using Zz'rot portal is important as it will increase your outplay potential a lot.

I feel like the zhonya is a lot better than the zzrot as it gives you outplay potential with r zhonya and shield after when u make that mistake or something as u wont get the movement speed to often when you are teamfighting in the jungle where anivia just shines with her kit in my opinion the zhonya is a lot more useful than the zzrot

I have tested zhonya's hourglass and zzrot portal. Zzrot gave me much better results since it actually gives you both armour and magic resist AND at the same time gives you movement speed. Zhonya's may prevent your death by a few extra seconds but that won't be the game changer because zzrot's portal really is well rounded, it would prolong games by its active and keep you mobile and alive when in team fights. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I'm not sure if you already understood this, so I'm sorry if you did, but with Anivia, zhonya's hourglass doesn't just prevent your death for a few extra seconds, it also keeps your r going for a few more seconds as well as allowing your e to cool down for another hit. I find w and q to be useless with Zhonya, however, considering with w you can use it to stay on the enemy or run away after activating it, which are things that zzrot does much better than zhonya, or activate q while dodging the opponent's skill shot, since zhonya doesn't allow activation of a while in it's effect, causing Anivia's q to only activate at the end. To me, it depends more on what Anivia is facing, like if she faces a burst assassin, to pop zhonya after placing down r and negating their damage while getting some of her own, and zzrot for almost everything else in my opinion.

Hi! I liked your guide but I have a few questions and suggestions:

Would you recommend using a few AD runes in the beginning to learn lasthitting?
What is the best substitution for the movementspeed quints?
(Should I craft the Noxus Hunter Anivia skin in hextech crafting?)

As for your guide: It is quite helpful although it could be improved by adding some gameplay tips. So for example how to play early/mid/lategame or how to react to being behind/ahead.
All in all I appreciate the time and effort you spent to make this guide!
Good luck and have fun ;)

Im not the owner of this guide but as for your questions:
1. No, missing a few last hits before you can waveclear with Ult-Q is not a big deal and you will get he hang after a few games.
2. Flat AP's are the best and are even used as normal Quints by a lot of players
3. Well that is a more generel answer but play a few games and see if the champion fits your playstyle ;)
Hope i could help
