Always start blue buff! It helps I promise.
Gromp should come second, I usually smite gromp right off the bat, then take wolves as normal.
Rotate to Red Buff and after taking it (if your health allows it) rotate to a lane and try and get an advantage.
After that, work towards getting berserkers and the rest of your clear you can do as normal! Level 6+ farm EVERYTHING!
