I'll make this quick, this is only for dominion beta, i will probably change it once they nerf him, which is inevitable due to his dominance in Dominion due to his speed and survivability. I WILL be changing this build the more I have experience with dominion. you want all runes that defend him so the armor quint and seals/marks help his ad and survivability, the MR quints and glyphs keep it pretty even with the armor. I am going to get the Movement speed Quintessece and see if they help out my game or hurt it and may change the setup after i experiment.

The masteries are directed towards trying to keep him leveling quickly along with adding less death time, a little bit more movement speed, and keeping his defensive up, also note that I took the masteries into revive (get some extra health and 20 sec reducted cd because dominion lasts long enough to use it maybe twice) and ghost.

the items are prime, you add survivability, capture rate increase and speed addition with the active for priscillas blessing, basica build for rammus. Plus the guardian angel is a very nice touch, you may even just try and get it early game if youre doing good or are dying a lot.

Its obvious, you want that taunt, fully levelled you disable any champ for a full 3 seconds, his powerball is meh, honestly it costs more the higher level it is, and for dominion all you really need it for is to travel across map quickly. w is very important because it adds to your Armor and MR. your ult is awesome, it causes all enemies to stop capping a point, coupled with your e on a turret, theyll probably die if theyre a squishy.

Revive, yes, it may only get used once or twice in a game, but its a beautiful thing to revive, ghost, powerball, activate Priscilla's Blessing, with boots of mobility adn your force of anture, depending at what point of the game you are in and youre easily pushing past 900 movement speed and you can get to any capture point especially adding in that speed buff in the jungle. Ghost is obvious, get somewhere quickly and it coupled with speed buff or powerball and youre set to go.
