Poppy, but why AD?
Poppy is a great champ, to me, she is the most complete champ in League of Legends, Why?, she has cc, a GREAT cc, she has damage, has sustain, tankiness, poke abilities.
but she is not a carry unfortunately, besides, she is a carry-creator, she is made for helping someone getting feeded, the answer to "why AD" is simple, to carry, this build gives poppy a posibility to take her weakness (not carrying) off, and makes her carry, she can ACTUALLY carry with this build.
So yeah, go check it out, it's great and lovU :)
