About sustain in Team Fights and omnivamp:
10% omnivamp from Maw till end of fight when shield activates
8% omnivamp when Conqueror full stacked gives you
12% phyisical damage vamp from Elixir of Wrath
30% Omnivamp Total mixed with resistances and HP you can 1v3

Resistances Cap near 70%

With 3 Armor items DD + Frozen Hearth + Randuin:
310 Armor = 76% less AD damage recieved
217 Armor = 68% less AD damage recieved with Black Cleaver applied (30% less)
130 Armor = 55% less AD damage recieved if Black Cleaver applied and someone have 40% armor pen
Jak'Sho with 30% additional resistances multiplier are key to mitigate these resistances pen effect
