Introduction
Cassiopeia is a terrifying creature - half woman, half snake - whose slightest glance brings death. The youngest daughter of one of Noxus' most influential families, she was once a beautiful and cunning temptress capable of manipulating the hardest heart. Transformed by the venom of an ancient Shuriman tomb guardian, she continues to serve Noxian interests as she always has, just in a more... visceral way.
PROS:
CONS:
Cassiopeia is a very active mage champion relying on positioning and quick hands to reach her full potency. Her mechanics revolves around the use of poison, her weapon of choice, dealing damage per second (DPS). She's like Teemo but sassier. She's one of the hardest champions to use but if played with mastery, she can put out the highest single target DPS in the game. She is known for her utility and sustainability. She's one of the underrated champions in League of Legends because of her non-burst skills.
Cassiopeia is one of the weirdest champions in League of Legends. Why? It is because of her mechanics, a mage that works like an ADC. She is dependent on her E,
, which is a highly low-cooldown skill, to kill her victims. And to achieve the highest damage possible, her E requires poison provided by her Q and W,

Serpentine Grace
Her passive is Serpentine Grace. Cassiopeia gains Movement Speed per level, but she cannot purchase Boots items. This makes room for another item in our build for offensive or defensive purposes.

Noxious Blast
Cassiopeia blasts an area with Poison after a brief delay, granting her increased Movement Speed if she hits an enemy champion.
Her Q is one of her early harassing skills because of its low cooldown. Use this to make your enemies regret opposing you by making his life a living hell. This also serves as an chasing and dodging tool, granting her 30/35/40/45/50% Movement Speed which decays

Miasma
Cassiopeia releases several clouds of poison, slowing, grounding, and lightly damaging enemies that pass through them. Grounded enemies cannot use Movement abilities.
Her W has a unique effect, it has a grounding effect. Grounded enemies cannot use Movement abilities such as Flash, or Katarina's

Twin Fang
Cassiopeia lets loose an attack that deals increased damage to Poisoned targets and heals her for a percentage of the damage dealt. If the target dies from this attack, Cassiopeia regains Mana.
Her E is also her early spamming skills due to its low cooldown. This also deals additional damage if used against poisoned enemies, providing 10/40/70/100/130 (+35% Ability Power) additional magic damage and heals her for 5-22 ( 1 - 18 level)(+ 10% of Ability Power).

Petrifying Grace
Cassiopeia releases a swirl of magical energy from her eyes, stunning any enemies in front of her that are facing her and slowing any others with their back turned.
Her R is her utility spell providing stun and slow depending on where her enemies are facing.
Stunned if they are facing her.
Slowed if not.
Since we are trying to build Cassiopeia as a tanky mage, we are focusing on health, mana, magic resistance and armor for her tankiness without sacrificing ability power.
Your build on Cassiopeia depends on what champion you are facing.
Ability Power - Based Enemies:

These items makes Cassiopeia tanky and sustainable, making her survive the game longer while making her deadly.
The best way to survive longer in the game especially during team fights is to continuously use abilities especially the
which is a great way of self-healing which will be amplified by the
