Skill Order: maxing W? always? nope. It Depends on the enemy champion and his playstyle.
Stacking Dorans(2+): is bad if you don't have a Vampiric Scepter, all what lee needs is to Abuse of Creeps and get Back his HP AutoHItting.
Doran Description: is completely wrong, you get them for playing versus Ap? Why don't you get Spirit Visage? or Hexdrinker all with Vampiric Scepter?
Wriggle's Lantern: Not a good item anymore for Solos, it can be replaced by Chain Vest and Vampiric Scepter having the more utility and more cost efficent.
Atmogs: was bad and is still bad (it's just a noob stomper), you will be useless until Atma's Impaler, but even after Atma's Impaler that wont change much it's the armor & crit that makes difference not the ad you get from that passive.
Force of Nature: Useless item, Gives lots of Mr and nothing else, you dont need speed as Hp Regen. Generally good players get Void Staff as 2nd/3rd item, so getting Force of Nature after Atmogs + Wriggle's Lantern is useless.
Aegis of the Legion: you just underestimate this item, if you get this item early enough lee is just a pain, immortal with absurd sustain.

Really nice build, I find so many builds kinda confusing, they were explained in a section, but It's your own choice and well it doesn't really matter after all, it's just me I guess xD
I liked especially the in-depth explanations and I can easily see that you have spent lot's of effort in this.

As always, my builds are changing. I will try and roll out a couple new lane builds in the next week or so as well as refined jungle builds.

This is a very solid build and all... But, you are wasting a whole stat point in Summoner's Resolve when you don't have any of the summoner spells that gain from it, only smite when you jungle. Lane Lee sins don't gain anything from that setup so it's a whole mastery point going to waste. In my opinion I take the neutral buff duration off, put it in Resistance and take the point in Summoner's Resolve and put it in Summoner's Wrath and run Ghost + Exhaust to optimize the gain of your masteries.
