Vi is an awesome champion and in my opinion, the best solo top lane early game and Low lvl summoner. She's not too hard to get into it and you have everything you need to kill and stay alive long enough to beat them all.

Her champion passive is every time you use an action, you create a shield of a % of you life.

With her Q, you can start a fight stun your opponent and destroy him before he understand what happen. Charge a
Her W is a passive skill that put a AR on the target to make sure you beat his face. Give you a nice attack speed too.
The awesome E is the Harassment skill u need. You get close to a minion, AoE them with your E creating on you a nice shield and doing a large AoE on your minion and your enemy at the same time.
