My Summoner name is "I was born once" on EUW, I also have an EUNE account. I've been playing League of Legends since season 2, but only really took the game seriously in around 2021. Since then I've been gold on one of my accounts, and I'm constantly trying to improve, and I swear you're gonna see me in high elo one day. Unless I get bored. I'm an artist (I would make this guide prettier if I didn't have one million other projects to take care of lol I'll just stick to basics this time (for those who have read this intro before this is still the case my life is only getting more tense :) )), and I enjoy playing video games, mostly League.

I don't think I'm gonna talk as much as I did in my previous Neeko guide here, since A, this is still mostly a work in progress, and B, my other guide was just getting too stuffed with content and I wanted to transport this idea somewhere else.

PROS

🍅 Women in your local area will fall in love with you (real (no not actually real))
🍅 Destroys Syndra and Le Blanc players (still ban Syndra though)
🍅 Since you rely mostly on your auto attacks you don't need to worry as much about landing your skillshots every time, and it can seriously save you in a lot of encounters where missing a skillshot can suck a LOT (and none of us are robots, we all miss skillshots, and there are champions that benefit from that a bit too much, that's why I created this build)
🍅 Yup, still a lane bully.
🍅 The surprise hybrid damage, which I'm not sure is an advantage or disadvantage lol, but I take it as a win
🍅 You will (still) probably have one of the highest damage done to turrets scores almost every game

CONS

💔 Teammates suck balls and will look at you weird
💔 Highly sittuational, at least mid lane. It's usually way better to take either my swag build linked before, or just a standard boring ap Neeko, but for these few ocassions where your oponent picked something that can outdamage you early or spam poke you, this is the build you go for
💔 Still squishy (unless grasp, but even then, not the tankiest)
💔 It can deal not a very sattisfying amount of damage to your oponents, I usually don't end up with the highest damage score like with my other build, but it can still win games and it's still good, damage isn't everything.
💔 Neeko remains immobile, even more so without the Rocketbelt

I wanted to encourage you to ward in certain places if you are a low elo player (or even if you are higher this might come in handy). Perhaps not right at the start of the game, but there's a place inbetween the entrance to your lane from your side of the map and the bush that's divided by a short wall. Ward inbetween this wall so you have clear vision of both possible ganks from the bushes and ganks from behind your own turret. This isn't the best strategy for every time, but I find warding there increases your chances of surviving against ganks with champions like Kayn or Zac who don't particularly care walls exist. There is also a bush near the entrance to the river at the opposite side, ESPECIALLY if you are low elo I encourage you to buy one control ward and put it right at the edge of the bush. Nobody in iron will ever check that bush, and you get a free scuttle crab forever. I will manage some pictures explaining to you the placements that I am talking about:

For the opposite team the places are reversed but I believe you understand what I'm talking about.

As I said, not that much explaining. My only advice is to dodge skillshots, and load up your 3rd autoattack on minions to then launch them at your opponent, and continuously poke them like that. you can't miss an autoattack, and even though your Q has bigger range, it's still a better alternative in certain sittuations.
