This is just a good starting page on lane Udyr in general

These are very good items for if you are facing heavy AD teams or auto attackers

all 3 items are excellent on Udyr and can pretty much be picked up first, if they cant kill you anyway Radiant Virtue makes teamfights much easier as it will provide your team tons of free health, slightly boost your damage and health. 2-4% healing on your max health is fantastic value. Jaksho provides much less value in terms of helping in short fights but makes very long fights much better for you.

Currently Radiant is better than Jaksho in my opinion.

Gargoyle's Stoneplate works very well with Radiant Virtue and Jaksho, a bit expensive but you feel unkillable. with Heartsteel it is almost a mandatory item
Zhonya's Hourglass is simply the best item in the game, stats you like, a don't die button and some extra ap, what's not to like
Randuins and Frozen Heart both very good items personally prefer Frozen Heart to gut Master Yi or if I decide to stack a Thornmail.
Morellonomicon is a great item for damage and heal cuts
Spirit visage is good into high magic damage teams, more heal more shields
Anathema's Chains for if only one person is very fed, take less damage and cc them longer.
Fimbulwinter is a very fun item if you run it I recommend running a mana regen item with it as a last item, like Chemtech Putrifier, or Redemption for extra shield power and utility
Sometimes you have the need for speed Turbo Chemtank Force of nature and Deadman's Plate will satisfy this
