If you are only tank/initiator start fight and with my sample build you should be able to R,Q,E adc and kill them really quickly. Remember Q towards your team to push adc closer to your team.

Start at blue buff, then go to wolfs then red buff then wraiths, then golems if you can't gank or wolfs aren't back up. (golems take longer to kill it feels like).

But don't brag or be toxic if your team feds and you can't hyper carry.
