Hello and welcome to my Xin Zhao guide. This is also my first guide on mobafire and i hope its a good one. I will explain some things of Xin Zhao and the way i play him. And please dont be hard on my english im from holland so. So enjoy the guide and please give me some constructive feedback below.

Pros
-Great Lane Pusher
-Great Early Game Because Of His Damage Output
-A good disable
-Great passive for staying in lane for a while.

Cons
-Vulnerable to cc.
-No escape mechanism or if you get lucky you can escape with audacious charge.
-You really need to farm a lot to get this build complete.

The spells of Xin Zhao.

Q
Xin Zhao prepares to unleash a fearsome combo, causing his next 3 standard attacks to deal bonus damage with the final attack knocking his opponent into the air.

This spell is your best spell . Its so cool that you can knock someone up after damaging him hard with the first two blows. It really is a epic skill.

W
Passive: Xin Zhao passively increases his attack speed.
Active: Xin Zhao unleashes a battle cry, increasing his attack speed by double the passive amount for 7 seconds, and causing his standard attacks to reduce all of his other abilities' cooldowns by 1 second. The passive is not in effect during the cooldown.

This spell is the spell you usually want to use when your farming or fighting. It's a great skill because it's affecting your attack speed and also reduces the cooldowns of every skill.

E
Xin Zhao charges an enemy, dealing magic damage and slowing them and all other enemies in the area for 1.75 seconds.

This skill make you even better because you can get close to to that ashe that is always so annoying when she keeps hitting you.Great Skill.

R
Xin Zhao unleashes a fierce spear sweep on targets around him, dealing damage + 20% of their current health in physical damage. His armor and magic resistance are boosted for 8 seconds.

This is your ultimate and what an ultimate it is. Always when you jump in a team fight use your crescent sweep. Because it damages 20% of the current health. So the more health the have the more damage it does.

Passive:
Xin Zhao is healed for 30-70 hit points for every 3 attacks that he lands. The healing increases by 5 every 2 levels.

Overall a great passive it well help you stay in lane a lot longer if you can farm of course.

For runes i go with. Greater Mark Of Desolation Greater Quintessence Of Desolation
Why these runes? Because this will benefit u through the entire game. Why not attack speed marks? No just no, you will get enough attack speed from your items.

For summoner spells i go and . Why because exhaust is a must on a melee dps and it helps you get kills early game mid game and even late game. Why the ghost well if your a flash addict you can take flash but i love ghost more on xin.

Full Build



First item you can start off with two things i usually take dorans shield for a good begin game. But you can also take a dagger and a hp pot.


Second item are your Berseker's greaves. I also think if you are going more offtank buy mercury threads our ninja tabi. But too max out your attack speed your better of buying bersekers.


Third item is your Sword of Divine. People say to me why this item on xin zhao. Well guys this gives you 60% attack speed and also has a good active. (Your attacks cannot be dodged and you gain 30 Armor Penetration for 8 sec. (40 second cooldown). Use this active often everytime you go in a team fight.


Forth item is your Youmuu's Ghostblade. Also has a good active and gives you 30 ad and 15% critical chance. And you also get 15% cdr of the unique + 20 armor pen. And the unique active gives you 20% Movement Speed and +50% Attack Speed for 4 seconds. Attacking enemies with melee attacks increases the duration by 2 seconds to a maximum of 8 seconds. 60 second cooldown. With the attack speed you have this becomes insane in a team fight.


Fifth item is your Randuin's Omen. Why do you want this on XIN ZHAO!!!. Well my friends its all because of that ridiculous active. It makes you a good off tank mid/late game. And also brings that active with it. It gives you 300 Health, 80 Armor and 25 Health Regen/5 sec. Unique Passive: 5% Cooldown Reduction and 20% chance on being hit to slow the attacker's movement and attack speed by 35% for 3 seconds.
Unique Active: Slows movement speed and attack speed of surrounding units by 35% for 2 second + 0.5 seconds for each 100 Armor and Magic Resist. 60 second cooldown.
I will give you guys a tip. When you come in a team fight go in with audicous charge. Pop up your two offensive actives. And then pop up your level 6. After your level 6 pop up randuin's omen active and no one gets the fack out there!


Sixth Item is The Black Cleaver. This item is just a must on Xin Zhao it gives you as and ad. And also reduces the targets armor. Good overall item on Xin.


Well if your at this stage the game is already going on for 60th minutes. Sell your dorans shield and buy a frozen mallet or banshee's veil. I usually take Frozen Mallet. But if they have a blitzcrank or karthus banshees would not be a bad idea.
