Greetings Kehma,

As Zell said, it's notable that you've put a lot of work in it, but you do need to make your guide more attrative.

I will briefly tell you how:
  • Adding Item and champion links. simple add 2 brackets + the name of the champion or item and simply close with 2 brackets.

Also, try adding some pictures. For example of your runes, masteries and items, you can just use the item planner etc at "Tools" in the taskbar at the top

It will provide a link you'd have to copy paste and open with 1 bracket then type : masteries=your url link here Simple as that ;) Same goes for runes but type "runes" instead of masteries.

A more detailed guide can be found here

+rep me if I helped

I can see you put quite a bit of effort into this guide and have included a variety of coloured text to add flare to your guide. Although, at certain sections are somewhat bland or not descriptive enough (Runes & Masteries). I've noticed a few common spelling or grammar errors such as "pick" and "recommend" notably in the Summoner Spells section.

Riot description of Taric

You can expand on the description given by Riot in a separate paragraph or part in order to give your own view on said abilities and tools of Taric and the scenarios you would you them at commonly for example - Radiance to quickly take down dragon or to engage in a dragon fight.

Runes

Cooldown reduction via marks isn't really effect due to the ratios, the total of 9 Greater Mark of Cooldown Reduction barely even give 1%. Instead, Greater Mark of Magic Penetration would work well since Taric is naturally an offense supporter thus will be dealing damage with the use of his Dazzle, Radiance and the occasional activation of Shatter. Alternatively since this guide seems to be more directed towards a "tankier" Taric as indicated by the title and item build then perhaps even Greater Mark of Magic Resist which still give rather viable ratio stats in comparison to its superior Glyph version.

Masteries

You seem to over-estimate cooldown reduction and the duration of Taric cooldowns. I mean, his ultimate has a 1min static cooldown and the rest of his abilities only have a 10 second cooldown with the exception of Imbue which has a passive reduction with every time you hit which you should be able to as a tankier support. As such I would find it more viable and suitable to that en-go in the Offense tree at all but instead go into the Defense tree slightly picking up Resistance (adjust points between armor and magic resist however you like), Hardiness , Durability and Veteran's Scars . There is no real need for Awareness or Sage as support.

Items

You'll probably benefit more having Philosopher's Stone instead of Chalice of Harmony. It fulfills the mana regeneration role whilst giving you extra income to afford wards, oracles and later items. Eventually you can build it to a Shurelya's Battlesong which not only makes you more tanky by granting a chunk of health but gives you and your team-mates a quick exit or engage active. Also, Ninja Tabi should be an alternative to Mercury Treads if the enemy team is more AD oriented and same logic applies to Will of the Ancients that if your team is more AD oriented or your ADs are doing very well then Zeke's Harbinger would obviously benefit the team better.

Summoner Spells

Should probably mention Heal and give your view on that seeing as that is also another potential summoner spell for any support particularly one that wishes to act also as a tank-like role.

Best AD carries to have on your lane

Should most defiantly include both Graves and Sivir who have excellent synergy with Taric. Sivir has a very strong early-game and Dazzle stun more or less guarantees a Boomerang Blade hit which is devastating at the laning phase.

Graves pretty much goes with anyone as hes a solid AD carry with quite literally a buck-load of damage. His passive True Grit along side your Shatter aura will make him rather resistant to any harass and most likely you will be winning any trade-offs.
