Welcome to "Thresh the Chain Warden" build guide. I want to give a quick thx to GAMBED because i used his runes and mastery pages because they were so good i couldn't think of anything better. I changed a couple of items like Zeke's And thornmail instead of sunfire cape and Abyssal Scepter. I used them all and the ones in my build seem to work really well in team fights in and out of ranked matches.

Because this is a support thresh he does not need much ad. He is there to help not to carry. However on some occasions there will be a bad adc and you will attempt to carry but you can only do so much. Armor to take more damage and mr for obvious reasons. Health quints because he needs a lot of health to tank.

Thresh is a tank support so he needs a minimum of 21 in defense. He is not meant to be a carry but i know he can go ad and some use him as ap (bad idea). He relies on ad even though his abilities rely of of ap. He needs damage for basic hits.
