Braum is a good fighter but in low level he cant really put high dmg unlike darius master yi , etc BUT you CAN upgrade his e to minimize the dmg he suffersand he can rekt most of them while in this phase because of his stun and the ignite

you start with your e because its way better to start with than the others since the damga reduction, you can rekt everyone with the build starting with your r

since he is already a support its pretty easy to roam or protect your jungler when he ganks your lane
