Introduction
After much persuasion from a friend to write a guide on Mobafire, I took one look at the Teemo guides and discovered why everyone hates a Teemo on their team. I haven't slept properly in a few days but this should be comprehensible. I guess I'll fix this up and add more details whenever I feel like it.
I typically start boots + 3 pots unless if I'm against a champion where I need to start cloth armor.
First back I grab my boots, merc treads if the enemy team is cc-heavy or I'm against a ap top and tabi if I'm against a heavy ad team or against ad top.
Next back I get my malady which is my main source of damage along with toxic shot until Kitae's. Malady provides ability power, attack speed, and on hit damage which, in my opinion, is perfect for Teemo. It contains everything a Teemo needs and more.
Frozen Mallet provides the captain with a lot of tankyness and his only form of CC. Frozen mallet is an essential item for Teemo as well, and with malady + frozen mallet you are pretty much set.
Kitae's Bloodrazor can be substituted for Blade of the Ruined King but I prefer Kitae's because of the bonus attack speed.

Pros:
Cons:
I've never really been countered as Teemo, just the player playing the champion had more skill than me. I've beaten my counters and lost to them, it all has to depend on your skill and their skill. Whatever, here's a list of champions I struggle with.
Occasionally I beat these champions but it was a difficult lane to win even if the player wasn't skilled.
