Your late game section doesn't give anything to the reader it just, exists you want to give out tips on how to use ultimate or why it isn't a good idea to dash in the middle of their team or something like that. As a side note
And seriously correct some of your grammar if you can't do it then ask a friend etc. it doesn't look nice.
Now for the things I liked in the guide
The pictures, coding and especially the map which shows the escape points.
"With him on your side u can harras your opponents to death. He have your wife, but doesn´t matter! With him you **** your enemys, you will never need a wife." <-- that made me laugh :D

I know you said your English wasn't the best. Here's some of the mistakes you made with my suggestions for fixing them. My explanations and comments are (in parentheses).
Your three most common mistakes are:
Saying "Make damage." It should be "Deal damage"
Spelling Passive without the "e."
Spelling Really without the second "l."
Under Pros/cons:
Really good passiv

Minions can hit by your The Culling
=> Minions can be hit by The Culling
Under Ability Sequence:
I make my Q on a minion to hit Ashe easily.
=> I use my Q on a minion to hit Ashe easily.
With her long range it´s realy hard too land your Lightslinger without getting dmg from her.
=> With her long range it´s really hard too land your Lightslinger without taking damage from her.
If you hit to many minions u push ur lane needless.
=> If you hit too many minions you push your lane needless.
After I maxed Lightslinger, I level Ardent Blaze. For a better movement speed bonus.
=> After I have maxed Lightslinger, I level Ardent Blaze (remove the period) for a better movement speed bonus.
Its realy important that you hit your Ardent Blaze, if hit your W you can follow him easily with the movement speed bonus. So use your Relentless Pursuit to hit your Ardent Blaze safely.
=> It's realy important that you hit your Ardent Blaze so that you can follow your opponent easily with the movement speed bonus. Therefore, you should use your Relentless Pursuit to hit your Ardent Blaze safely.
Now I use my Relentless Pursuit to get to a good position to land my skillshots. I use my Relentless Pursuit always to hit my Ardent Blaze safely.

I love that skill, because it´s an "all-rounder" skill. I can use it to get a great positioning in fights. You can use it to escape, because it remove all slows on you. Nasus will hate u.^^ And you can use it to activate Lucian´s passiv Lightslinger to make extra dmg. It´s also a nice dodge skill.

The long range makes it a realy nice finisher. If enemy low-life champions flash away you can still get them with The Culling.

Under the Items Section
In this part i will show you wich items I buy with Lucian.

The first item you should buy is Doran's Blade. For Lane sustain and dmg. But you can also buy Long Sword and 2x Health Potion.

Under the Supports section

I think Lucian is not the best Early-Game champion. Play passiv, farm and harras the enemy AD-Carry. If you got an support like Leona, Thresh, Blitzcrank and Taric, harras as much as possible. If your support engage and you have a nice positioning focus the enemy Ad-Carry and kill them. Lucian makes tons of dmg if you play him right.
