Hi! fizz is one of my main and carried my self to Diamond with it. and really like u guys to try understand my build or somehow

if ur winning.. u should pretty much always poke them away and try to deny enemy get gold OR exp.. and remmeber to beware of enemy jungler so there for u should get some wards (2-more) and stand in that side where is ward.. so u can see if hes coming there.
Try to roam top and with fizz u shoudl really easly Dive enemy under tower and get away without using Flash since u got ur E

AND

if ur loosing ur lane.. try to get atlast Exp if not gold.. since u dont want to be behind in lv.. if u do.. ur pretty much really useless whole game.. to prevent that.. get some sustain and hp items exaple 2xdoran should be really nice and try to ask ur jungler to gank as many times is needed untill u can handdle on ur own again

after u hit 6lv.. u should try engage enemy mid with following combos.. Snipe enemy with ur R to slow enemy down and following with W+Q to close gap.. if enemy is using flahs or trying to fight back.. use E to dodge his next attack on u

try to focuz ur Combo on enemy APC or ADC and kill him.. even u die after it.. ur job is done but of its really nice if u get away with E skill over wall.
Remember to use ur dfg BEFORE ur shark eat the enemy to get all dmg out of it
