Usually I ban Kayn with his abilities to jump on you, and his overall ability to be all over the map. Your too squishy to have him on you.

Creeping / Jungling
Be sure to kite the jungle camps as you will take too much damage from just afk attacking.
Requires some skill, but it's not all that difficult. Once you get enough gold to grab yourself a Bloodrazor you can start to waveclear very quickly.
IMPORTANT...
(PLEASE READ BELOW for success)
VERY IMPORTANT- Your Success is a LEVEL 3 GANKS.
Start at level 3 with taking rocket jump. look for a gank, usually mid is very easy.
Use your W and press E while jumping towards enemy champion along with your Q once you have your grenade on the enemy. BURN Em' DOWN! Easy LOW level ganks to SNOWBALL YOU
