Stay behind your team as much as possible, as Zed may aim you when he gets the chance, try to stay out of vision while still helping your team.

As Vladimir is a scaling character with a weaker laning phase, you can guard teammates playing Vladimir until they are able to scale sufficiently.

As Viktor is also scaling, you can defend players playing Viktor, but also try to help Viktor players initiate fights, hitting a Q and following it with a W can allow Viktor players to easily hit their W.

Irelia

As Irelia is very fast within teamfights, it is not the best synergy for Janna.

Vex

As Vex generally engages with her Ult, it is very difficult to help Vex in a teamfight as you cant reach her.

Nocturne

As Nocturne generally engages with hir Ult, it is very difficult to keep up, if you use your E while having Ardent's Censer then you are able to protect a Nocturne before he engages.

Jinx

Jinx and other Hypercarries benefit a lot from having an enchanter support, but also from having engage supports, if your team already has an engage support then Janna can help a lot, many Hypercarries also benefit from Shurelya's.

Kog'Maw

See Jinx Synergy. As Kog'maw also has less safety than Jinx, it is vital to protect Kog'Maw at all times.

Janna jungle does not work with other Enchanter supports unless you run the aggressive builds, even though there is no anti-synergy, there is no benefit from having another enchanter support with Janna jungle.
