Sup Zell thanks for such a long and compiled answer. I do agree with some part's, while I don't with others.

Skill Sequence
Firstly I've picked Spinning Slash to be leveled before Mocking Blow in regular case match.
As I pointed out in the Skill Sequence part, when you are stuck in a lane with some good AD's you are supposed to use it, level it and spam it as much as you can. Depending on your opponents champions.

Runes
Many Tryndamere builds have runes that give you more Armour and Magic resist. As you can see I've named this build TrynDAMAGer focusing mainly on damage output. Thus more investing into Spinning Slash to make it more worth it.

Masteries
Combined Sorcery with Youmuu's Ghostblade give you better use of your ultimate ability, meaning you get to use it more, not just when initiating a fight, but when also being a victim of a gank. Vampirism may give you some sustainability early on, but that 3% life steal is nothing compared to items you should' buy, using this build.

Items
I'll start of by agreeing with you on Black Cleaver over Youmuu's Ghostblade, but while cleaver only gives you Attack Damage, Reduced Armour( doesn't matter does it stack or not) and attack speed, Youmuu gives you Critical Strike Chance, Cooldown Reduction, Damage, Armour Penetration, and pretty neat active that can easily turn any champion into scrap.
Use of Youmuu is both for initiating and running away, while you can also use it as a replacement for Surge ability, when it's on cooldown, or if you haven't took it.

Executioner's Calling is included as one of the "core" items, because for fairly small price it gives you both Critical Chance, and Life Steal. Later on it is sold and transformed into Bloodthirster, or Stark's Fervor if enemy is stacking armour.

Starting with Brawler's Gloves is mainly for transforming it into Avarice Blade, and again to get that critical strike. Tryndamere loves critical strike.

Pros / Cons
Yes I've meant something like sustainability thanks for pointing that out.
Also Exhaust does gimps him a lot, forgot to add that piece.

I do apriciate your comment, I might not have all those quick links which describe items and ****, but as I said this is one mans opinion, and basic and more into it, information about Tryndamere. I do not expect everyone to follow it word to word, and I don't want them to, they are free to change things, try different items, builds. It's a guide, you can either accept it, read it, try it, change it who knows what not or spit on it.(I am not saying you did that). Take care Zell, hope to hear from you again.

I find this guide exhibits some of the core aspects of Tryndamere well and offers many pointers for beginners of said champion. However, while it does yield these qualities mentioned beforehand granted, it does lack in validity and in concession with this variables of adjustment.

Skill Sequence

Spinning Slash primary use is an escape ability or a gap closer similar to Valkyrie for example and like-wise you should leave last for leveling (once you gained a level in it early on as you have done). While its damage is useful for clearing waves and "adds up" so to speak in fights it isn't its main beneficial factor. Not only does your Mocking Shout physical damage reduction improve but the movement speed snare does as well, both of which is your only utility for your team. This proves to be a lot more significant in contesting for Dragon or other mid-game team fights which may occur, benefiting your team means benefiting you thus why choosing to level up Mocking Shout after Bloodlust is a lot more preferable.

Runes

Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage are superior then Greater Quintessence of Desolation due to the ratios given by the two. Should probably give Greater Glyph of Magic Resist and Greater Seal of Armor as alternative options for these who wish to go more defensive.

Masteries

This section to be frank puzzled me the most. You claim that there are much better ways to spend your mastery points but in all honesty there isn't. Your not jungling making Butcher lose most of its emphasis and of course not factoring in fights at all. Sorcery is a rather redundant talent for a "right click champion" and while Havoc isn't the greatest talent in all time the example you gave was completely one-sided and didn't give any end-game perspective at all. Vampirism synergies splendidly with a champion who (you guessed it) auto-attack "right clicks" a lot and gives extra sustain right from the start.

Items

The starting item set with Brawler's Gloves is highly questionable and brings more risk then reward to be frank. Against a good Renekton, Garen, Gangplank, Irelia etc your going to encounter early sustain problem and have to recall earlier then usual allowing said enemy champion to free farm while you miss out on some. I find the Boots, Doran's Shield or Cloth Armor combined with Health Potion is a lot more viable choice.

I don't see why you include Executioner's Calling as a core-item as the stats given are more then sub-par mid and late-game as such needing to become sold earlier rather then a last item, the only occasions I would consider buying and keeping Executioner's Calling for some time is when against a healing dependent champion such as Fiddlesticks or a AP solo tops like Swain, Kennen etc but typically when against a normal AD solo top I'd opt for Wriggle's Lantern which is a lot cost efficient for the stats given.

Youmuu's Ghostblade is a rather lacking item for the cost and isn't close to becoming a best in-slot item thus would need to be dumped at the later phases of the game resulting into a bucket load of cash gone the drain. Instead, Black Cleaver, Zeke's Harbinger or as you mentioned Last Whisper fair so much better with Tryndamere are all well-rounded items futhermore they're a lot more viable and in some cases provide extra utility for the rest of your team (( Black Cleaver stacking debuffs and Zeke's Harbinger self-explanatory).

Pros / Cons

I really wouldn't word out to say he has great survivability but I think I know what your getting at in that he has great sustainability. Tryndamere is rather squishy and easily focused down without his ult Undying Rage. In cons I'd also include how Exhaust gimps him a lot.
