In my opinion, Trynda only needs 65% crit chance. When he's fully raged, he gets the 35% from his innate. However, he can use some extra crit damage from runes like Greater Quintessence of Critical Damage and Greater Mark of Critical Damage. He still needs some armor penetration like Greater Mark of Desolation especially if he jungles. As for critical chance, Infinity Edge and one Phantom Dancer are a must (at least if you play him AD). Just don't double the Phantom, you'd better buy Youmuu's Ghostblade. Personally, I first buy Zeal, then Infinity Edge, then I upgrade the Avarice Blade to Youmuu's Ghostblade, then I buy the Phantom Dancer. Yoummu's Ghostblade is an overally good item on Trynda, giving him even cooldown reduction, which helps him greatly. For CDR, I even build Nashor's Tooth, even though it is a bit unusual stuff.
I even had some success with AP-tank Trynda, I made a guide about it as well. The truth about him is, he always likes cooldown reduction.
Other things you could build are Last Whisper, because if you are successful, enemies probably stack armor. Maw of Malmortius gives you great damage output as well and it is useful if you are being nuked by some AP caster and you have problems timing your ulti. Well, enjoy playing this champ as well as I do. He is fun to play, despite being mostly an autoattacker.
I don't rate the guide, I don't like your build and I didn't read the rest thoroughly. Better this way.
