Found out some more flaws.

Perseverance is kinda useless, seeing that you don't regen that fast. Even if you do regen, it isn't affected by Perseverance and most of the time, without it its still OK. Good hands will be better since it takes off 7 seconds of your death timer.

Expanded Mind is useless. You get about 60 mp off it, its just not worth.

Meditation is useless at level 1. 1mp/5sec doesn't make a difference.

Will of the ancients can be replaced by Sword of the Divine (Great for downing towers, but not so great since you prob don't have that big attack speed on AP), Malady (Shred MR and does magic damage per hit, giving attack speed and AP) or Wits End (Gives you MR and does more magic damage per hit, giving attack speed and MR)

thanks for the comment! yeah. i know the crit runes are kinda weird for the AD build, but ive tried them out and had them work better for me every time over attack runes or even armor pen runes. i do like the idea of throwing in madreds blood razor though! and for the AP build, i like the wild crads still going up first simply because they can harass even if you are halfway aiming them. odds are at least one card will head in the direction of the enemy champion to cause them to have to dodge. hope that helps explain it more! im looking into a replacement for the will of the Ancients right now.

For AD Fate : Why not take Exhaust instead of Ignite? AD champions, especially TF in particular, relies a lot in assasinating champions. Why not take 1v1 summoner spells instead of ignite? Ignite is kinda useless late game.

Also, With that high attack speed, you might as well go for Madred's Bloodrazor for magic damage at % of hp per hit.

Frozen mallet is kinda useless, since you still aren't tanky enough. Might as well save it for something else.

Crit chance and Crit damage? With that low crit chance and no infinity edge? Wasted

For AP Fate :

Wild cards are kinda useless, unless you really can aim a lot. With chances, you probably can't.

Spellvamp for? It doesn't help someone that squishy.

You don't need mana. Mana runes are wasted.
