My twitch masteries are 18/0/12
I took fresh blood for an agressive laning phase, if you are a passive player take instead of fresh blood feast for sustain. The next choice is between warlords bloodlust and fervor of battle. if you need more sustain go warlords bloodlust, but if you can pass on sustain go for fervor of battle. fervor makes you stronger in mid/late.
The most player are going for cunning, but i think resolve is better. The only important thing in cunning tree are the cookies, but in resolve you got tankyness. This tankyness is much better and is worth to take it. Try it!

Twitch itempool is very big
Usually you start with Blade of the ruined King and go quickly on hurricane.
The powerspike is pretty well
After blade, berserker's greaves and hurricane you go normally on infinity edge for more damage, but if you need a situational item buy this before you buy infinity edge. This is your turn to decide which item you need!

Pros:
- Twitch is one of the strongest adc's in the current patch 7.7
- his teamfight and solofight is powerful, unstoppable champ in late
- very good item build selection
- if you focus right, you can carry games solo
- good comeback prospects

Cons:
- weak laning phase
- especially against range supports
- if you fail your specially positining, you can loose easily fights

Twitch unique move is to take a good position with ambush.
The next step is to activate your spray and pray during ambush and be ready to attack.
Your focus is on the most far away enemy you are able to focus without staying in the enemies.
Try to combine your autoattacks and contaminate, for an autoattack reset and extra burst damage.

Farming is on early level hard with twich.
If you cant last hit, take more attack damage in your runes.
The runes are depends on your ingame behavior.
you can stack your poison on the minons and contaminate them for waveclear.
