Laneing is pretty simple. Hit a minion with your passive, it tends to land near walls so you can set up your E when the enemy tries to stomp on it. They always think they're so clever when they stomp on it.
If you last hit with your passive it will return automatically and shield you.
Your Q hits twice and slows. If you stun them you can almost guarantee that both Q hits will land. That's where oppressor comes in, your E and Q are a stun and slow, so using your E will make them take much more damage from the Q, and if you just Q and both hit, the second will do extra damage.

Ult Without charging to re-position for your E or to execute
Charge it to get away. Charging it at all will get you enough distance to be nice and safe from the enemy.

Your lategame should be spent stunning carrys and ulting tanks.
Once you have built your items accordingly to the enemies damage types, you can safely dive the entire enemy team to stun the squishy carry and win because nobody else has damage except for the anivia, but then you can stun her on her own wall and make her quit forever.

The stock skin has the best splash art but worst in game model IMO. 7/10
Battle Regalia was my favorite before Star guardian. It's splash is cool and the in game model looks good too. 9/10
Scarlet hammer has SPOOKY EYES 9/10
LolliPoppy is scary AF and will scare the enemy out of lane 6/10
Blacksmith is one of my favorites but I don't like ginger girls so....7/10
Ragdoll poppy is pretty good. It has rammus in its splash and rammus is amazing. 8/10
Noxus is a DIRTY TRAITOR 3/10 that 3 is only because it's poppy.
Star Guardian is AMAZING WOW SO COOL. You can see up the skirt with homeguard. 11/10
