Why Build it?
So, why should you go with this Build?
Leona is one of the most agressive Supports I know, but with the Meta Items like Locket, Knight's Vow and Zeke's, you take away a lot of her potential. She doesnt get as much tankiness as with the other Items.

What is so good about it?
You make her Unkillable.
With aftershock, her Stats(Armor, MR, Health) get boosted and with her W, she tanks a lot of damage. And this season, Tanks deal a hell lot of damage. I personaly had games where I outdamaged the enemy ADC.

Item explenation
So, your first back should always be at arround 800 Gold to get Bramble Vest.
Then, your first Legendary Item is the Item to counter your enemy ADC.
Build Frozen Heart against Attack speed Champions like Vayne or Ashe. They dont have a lot Attack Speed early, so counter them even more with it.
Build Randuin's Omen against Crit Champions like Jinx, Lucian or Jhin.
There are some Situations where I would build both. The most likely Situation is that your enemy team has a Yone, Yasuo or Tryndamere. They build Crit and Attack speed, so you'll need both.
