This is just for FUN and I'm not encouraging anyone to play this on your ranked games to tilt your team.
Why MF? Well, Miss Fortune is a simple champ and it is present on many games with her lethality and crit build. But, AP MF is missing at the actual patch. So, I though it would be interesting to revive her with the new preseason items :3

Hello guys, I’m Baion and I have been playing league since season 8. I am currently Plat IV on Soloq and Plat II on Flex. I really like testing off-meta things on the game, so I decided to make this guide to share my experiences with MF and try to convince you to play with her on MID or SUP. Feel free to make comments and sugestions!

Well, her Q, Double Up, scales with 20/40/60/80/100 (+ 100% AD) (+ 35% AP).

Her E, Make it Rain, scales with 80/115/150/185/220 (+80% bonus AP) and deal this magic damage over 2 seconds and slow enemies hit by 40/45/50/55/60%.

And every wave of her ult, Bullet Time, scales with 75% AD + 25% AP. It does hybrid damage for 3 seconds with 14/16/18 waves total. In other words, her Bullet Time scales in total with 1050/1200/1350% AD + 280/320/360% AP.
This is fuc***g disgusting.

It's important to notice that independently of your damage build (AP or AD), her R Bullet Time will do physical damage. So, you need to build armor reduction with Black Cleaver or armor penetration with Lord Dominik's Regards or Serylda's Grudge.
