Pro
- Like the tiltle this build it had a lot of utility to deal any match up
- Provide a thing that normal Veigar build never had
- I had prove it this build can stay Farm in lane even you dont get Blue buff From Jungler
Cons
- It drop u power spike but as my testing it doesn't bother much as you think(maybe lol)
-Delay your mid game Burst
- had less stat than normal Veigar build

I always Run
Flash Ghost For most Match up

Flash Exhuast if they had at least 2 Asassin Or 1 Assasin And 1 Driver (like J4 Nocturn Riven Master yi)

Flash Cleanse if they had CC base Comp

Flash Teleport for Le Blanc

Why Stormraider??

how do you pop your thuderlord??

in my opinion it so hard to pop thunderlord in team fight even you pop it it alway be pop on enermy frontline so i think stormraider is better because it give u a little mobillty and it had a very low CD and it can Cover your mistake when u make play like Flash ult to enermy'backline
PS: U can go DFT for more Damage

if enermy Doesnt bother u much and they have strong frontline or No Epic intiation(like malphite ult) and some low range ADC (like Vayne or Lucian)
-Rush hextech GLP and finish Morellonomicon

If you to be a play maker and they had a lot of skill shot Or long range ADC (like Twitch Jinx Kog maw)
-Rush Hextech Protoblet and finish Morellonomicon


2.Tear of Godness Case
if You face Ap Assasin or Ap long rang poke
-Buy Negatron Cloak and choose one of Hextech item(Protobelt recomented)

if You face AD assasin or AD champ poke
-Buy Seeker Armguard(rush zhonya if it zed) choose one of Hextech item (Protobelt recommented)


The 4th and 5-th Should be Void Staff and Deathcap And last item depend on your situation
but I had some abnormal build for U XDD
