Yes! Despite many people thinking your trolling Varus is an awesome pick... sometimes...
He is a very niche pick; that is true. For him to work you need two things.
First you need your team to have a tanky jg and top. Otherwise your team is too weak and will be killed in team fights.
Second you need to be against a squishy supp. Tanky champs will make it very hard for you to do anything.
Your whole goal in the game is to stand behind you adc and fire your Q and the other teams ADC. Push them out of lane by going into the bushes and firing from there.
The most important thing is to stay out of AA range.
Your health is just too low. You must just use your Q to poke down the enemy bot lane.

Pros:
Q is crazy OP
Easy to push ADC out of lane
If you play against a squishy support lane is easy
You deal insane amounts of damage
Your E and R are great for not letting enemies get away

Cons:
Very low health
Everyone thinks your trolling
Cant lane against tanky champs
Your entire kit is skill shot based
