Caitlyn

Caitlyn can beat the **** out of Vayne in the early game, but once you get get into the late game she won't be a problem at all.

With Vayne you should save your tumble and use it to dodge Caitlyn's Q

You can also use your condemn to cancel caitlyn's ult

Draven

Draven is a hard matchup against vayne, you should always try to punish/trade with draven when he fails to catch his axe, as he is much weaker without them, other than that you should just try to farm and try not to let him snowball as he is a lane bully and he will beat the **** out of you

Ashe

Ashe isn't much of a threat late game but she will beat you in laning phase, I suggest to try to stay back and let the support poke and try to make the best of your damage if you do try to poke use the bushes a lot in lane. Vayne will eventually beat ashe and utilize that later in the game

Varus

Varus won't be hard as a matchup in laning phase but it will be hard, Try to dodge his Q with your Tumble. The range on his Q is the only tool he has to poke you from afar. Be careful, as a good Varus will try to ult you right after you Tumble. Buy QSS after BOTRK so you don't get stuck in his ult
